1. Service Descriptions

Angelic Reiki and Reiki (Online and In-person)

Angelic Reiki: A spiritually guided form of energy healing that channels angelic energies to promote deep healing and emotional balance.

Reiki: A traditional energy healing technique aimed at balancing the body’s energy and promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. These sessions are delivered online through secure video conferencing, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience.

Online sessions are conducted virtually via video call, allowing for a peaceful and transformative experience.

KCR (In-Person)

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR): A gentle therapeutic technique that aims to release

tension in the body’s kinetic chain, enhancing mobility and well-being. KCR sessions are conducted in-person, ensuring hands-on care and personalized attention.

2. Booking and Cancellations

Booking: Clients can book sessions through our online platform. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full refund or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Payments are processed at the time of booking. We accept various forms

of payment, including credit cards and digital wallets.

Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds are provided for late cancellations or no-shows. Credits can be applied to future sessions.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing services, such as name, contact details, and payment information.

Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: While we strive to

provide the best possible service, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Release of Responsibility

Angelic Reiki (Online and In-person)

By participating in an Angelic Reiki session, clients acknowledge that this service is intended for wellness and spiritual support. Clients release the practitioner from any liability for any physical, emotional, or spiritual outcomes. Clients understand that Angelic Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Reiki (Online and In-person)

By participating in a Reiki session, clients acknowledge that Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. Clients release the practitioner from any liability for any effects or outcomes. Clients understand that Reiki is not a replacement for medical care.

KCR (In-Person)

By participating in a KCR session, clients acknowledge that Kinetic Chain Release is a gentle therapeutic technique. Clients release the practitioner from any liability for any physical outcomes or injuries. Clients understand that KCR is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Embodied Movement (Online Add-On)

By participating in the Embodied Movement session, clients acknowledge

that this service is designed to enhance physical awareness and well-being. Clients release the practitioner from any liability for any physical outcomes, injuries, or discomfort that may arise. Clients understand that Embodied Movement is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
